Thank you for supporting NONAH. All merchandise in our store is made to order, which allows us to offer high-quality, on-demand products. Because of this production process, we do not keep inventory or offer traditional returns.

Made-to-Order Merchandise

All products are printed and fulfilled on demand. For this reason:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

  • Please double-check size guides and product details before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it at no additional cost.

To request a replacement:

  1. Contact us at nonah@nonahmusic.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

  3. Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Our production partner covers the cost of reprints for any manufacturing defects.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at nonah@nonahmusic.com. We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
Orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement.

Order Cancellations

Because orders begin processing quickly after purchase, cancellations are not guaranteed.
If you need to cancel, email us immediately and we will do our best to help.

Exchanges

We do not offer size or color exchanges, as every item is made to order.
