Thank you for supporting NONAH. All merchandise in our store is made to order through our production partner. Below you’ll find details on how shipping works for your order.


Order Processing Time

All items are printed and fulfilled on demand.
Processing typically takes:

  • 2–5 business days for apparel

  • 2–7 business days for accessories or non-apparel items

During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Times

Once your order is fulfilled, it is shipped from the nearest facility available.

Estimated shipping times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

Shipping times vary by destination and carrier.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products ordered.


Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.
This is normal for made-to-order products and does not affect your shipping cost.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost in transit, contact us at nonah@nonahmusic.com.
We will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and resolve the issue.

Orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.


Customs & Import Fees (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes set by your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
